Hi, I’m Alshaba Billawala Jouen — a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and British Columbia, and the founder of Restore Psychology.

I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply value the trust it takes to share your story. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported — wherever you are in your journey.

I work with individuals and couples across Alberta and BC through virtual sessions, offering flexible and compassionate care tailored to you.

Some of the areas I support clients with include:

• Anxiety and depression

• Trauma and PTSD

• Grief and loss

• Infertility and pregnancy or infant loss

• Relationship and marital challenges

• Stress, burnout, and self-esteem

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from EMDR, CBT, ACT, and integrate tools from Emotion-Focused and Gottman Method Couples Therapy — always with the intention of meeting you where you are.

If you’re looking for a supportive space to start or continue your therapy journey, I’d love to connect.

You’re welcome to book a free, no-pressure 15-minute consultation so we can talk about your needs, answer any questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

Hi, I’m Meghan Hole (she/her), a Registered Psychologist with Restore Psychology, offering online therapy to clients across Alberta. I work with adults, teens, and families, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a space where you can feel safe, respected, and supported.

I understand that reaching out for therapy can take courage — especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that feel hard to change. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and work alongside you to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

I support individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including:

• Anxiety and depression • Trauma and PTSD • Grief and loss • People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries • Emotion dysregulation, including impulsivity and intense anger • Suicidal thoughts and self-harm • Occupational stress and burnout • Divorce and separation

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and treatment is always tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. I integrate evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, which may include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT-informed), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based practices. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change that feels sustainable in your daily life.

I work with adults (18+), teens (13–18), and families, and I am committed to providing a respectful and inclusive space. I welcome Indigenous clients (First Nations and Métis) and am a LGBTQ+ ally. My intention is to offer care that feels validating, culturally respectful, and supportive of your lived experience.

You may find working with me helpful if you feel weighed down by anxiety or depression, are living with the effects of trauma, navigating grief or loss, struggling with intense emotions or burnout, or moving through major life transitions such as divorce or separation. Therapy with me offers a space to slow down, build practical tools, and reconnect with a sense of balance and self-trust.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dogs and spending time in the mountains, which helps me stay grounded and present.

If you are considering online therapy in Alberta, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation. This is a no-pressure opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and see whether my approach feels like a good fit.

Hi! I’m Azura, a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia, offering virtual therapy for individuals, couples, and families across the province. I support clients with challenges such as anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, addictions, domestic violence, personality disorders, and disordered eating. I have experience working with individuals who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from themselves or others.

Through therapy, I help clients unpack their stories and use what we discover together to move forward in ways that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values. My work is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, acknowledging how past experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and the world. I believe we are all seeking understanding, safety, and connection, and that stress, invalidation, or chronic overwhelm can make these difficult to access.

Therapy can become a place to slow down, make sense of patterns, and rebuild confidence and self-trust.

My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and flexible. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I use these approaches collaboratively, adapting to what best fits each client. Clients can expect a balance of thoughtful reflection, compassionate exploration, and practical tools to support self-acceptance and healthy thinking.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities, and I am committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and neurodivergent individuals. My intention is to offer a steady, supportive environment where clients feel heard, secure, and empowered. With me, you’ll find warmth, compassion, and a gentle touch of humor.

When I’m not working, you’ll often find me spending time in nature with my dog, Indie, or exploring new places with a backpack and coffee in hand. My own mental health journey has deeply shaped my work, and I feel grateful to walk alongside clients in theirs.

If you’re looking for virtual therapy in British Columbia, I would be glad to connect and explore how I can support you.
