Hi, I’m Alshaba Billawala Jouen — a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and British Columbia, and the founder of Restore Psychology.

I know that reaching out for support takes courage, and I deeply value the trust it takes to share your story. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported — wherever you are in your journey.

I work with individuals and couples across Alberta and BC through virtual sessions, offering flexible and compassionate care tailored to you.

Some of the areas I support clients with include: • Anxiety and depression • Trauma and PTSD • Grief and loss • Infertility and pregnancy or infant loss • Relationship and marital challenges • Stress, burnout, and self-esteem

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from EMDR, CBT, ACT, and integrate tools from Emotion-Focused and Gottman Method Couples Therapy — always with the intention of meeting you where you are.
